My Reply to Tanggera.com
I just remembered this post, a very lame post from tanggera.com wherein she posted her bad experience in groupon sites, particularly ensogo.ph, a social deals site.
I also buy products online and I know how disappointing when I bought an item that is not worth it, but do you think first before you buy something online?
That’s what you guys must know before you buy any item online, is this safe? Have anyone tried it? Or is this worth it? Know the one to be put to blame before you post anything in the internet because anything you say may be used against you.
Ensogo.ph only promotes vouchers from merchants that wanted to be seen online and wanted to sell more online. If you experienced problems like booking problems, closed stores, or unreachable numbers, blame the merchants first because they had the contract and the merchants may affect the advertiser’s name if they do something wrong.
I am an online marketer and I don’t believe in the “customer is always right” term. You, the advertiser, have the right to tell them the facts on why are we doing this and how will it affect the business.
I don’t blame the consumers who buy the coupons, but I am here to take a stand to tell the truth about these companies. In short, blame the merchants, not the advertisers.
