Jejemon Fever
Are you sick of these individuals who writes like the way as stated in the image? Who are this individuals? They appeared everywhere across the internet, especially on Friendster (also appears on Facebook but they were degraded).
For some individuals, they write that way because it is one of the “hottest trends” here in the World Wide Web, but they didn’t know that while writing that way, some people think that those individuals were out-of-school youths because some believed that those users were illiterates.
However, the term “Jejemon” started in early 2010 because the Jejemon fever started to grow, were those people started to invade Facebook and spread their virus. Jejemon is a parody of “Pokemon”, a popular anime, where they were considered as a monster.
Greetings like “eOhWz” means hello, “Jejeje” means hehehe, and turning all “s” to “z” are one of the common terms used by the Jejemons.
Some would believe that some Jejemons were the distinctive cap called JEJEJE cap, a mesh cap having rainbow colors at the back of it where users just place them on top of their heads while having their hair exposed.
